The City of Vandalia is now using the Hyper-Reach notification system. This system can email, text, and phone registered participants important information about emergencies such as tornado warnings, boil water advisories, evacuation orders, Amber Alerts and Silver Alerts. Your landline phone should already be registered in the system, but you will need to register your cell phone numbers. Hyper-Reach uses a secure website to collect contact information which is used for emergency notification only. Your information is never shared with any outside party.
