Happy Howl-o-ween puppy parents! Come celebrate alongside your dog during the Halloween season. Each dog (and human) will create a canvas painting, make a sweet treat, and design their own tug toy. Dress up for a chance to win additional prizes.

Ages: 16 years old and older 

Fee: $15 Resident/VRC Member; $20 Non-Resident 

Location: Vandalia Parks Garage (back of the Sports Complex) 

Registration Deadline: You must be registered for this program by Friday, October 27. Walk-ins will not be accepted.
