 The Vandalia Division of Police strives to be responsive to the needs of the citizens of the City of Vandalia, those who call on us for assistance, those involved by reason of arrest or citation, and those participating in programs sponsored by our agency.

We welcome your suggestions, comments and recommendations concerning any aspect of Police Division operations.

The Vandalia Division of Police appreciates hearing about ways in which our employees have been able to assist you. Compliments about our staff are welcome.

If you have a complaint about the Division of Police or any of its employees or feel you have been treated unfairly, we encourage you to voice your concern. Every complaint is reviewed, and you will be informed of the outcome of that review.

To commend superior performance or register a complaint contact any Police Division supervisor in person or by calling (937)898-5868. To aid in the review process, please be prepared to provide as much information about the employee and incident as possible. While you are not required to give your name and address, we would like to be able to contact you if additional information is necessary and to let you know the outcome of the investigation.
