The Vandalia Municipal Building’s utility billing window is closed to the public throughout the “Stay at Home” order. Utility payments (checks and money orders) can be dropped off at the 24-hour drop box or remitted online. Cash payments are not recommended at this time.
Those filing income tax returns are strongly encouraged to use the online tax tool, which is accessed from the City’s website.
Residents may call (937-415-2240) with questions during the normal hours of operation.
Paperwork may be dropped off at the 24-hour drop box, located on the south side of the municipal building, or emailed to email@example.com. Taxpayers who mail their paperwork to the Tax Division can have the returns prepared and emailed back to the taxpayer. Payments can be remitted electronically via the City’s website, or payments by check and money order may be dropped off in the drop box. Cash payments are not recommended at this time.
