Resistance bands are a safe, effective, and portable way to get your strength training in…but many people are stumped at how to use them. In this hour-long class, you’ll get both quality information about how resistance bands can help you build strength and muscle, as well as hands-on practice and coaching on how to perform key movements.
*Resistance bands will be provided for in-class practice, or you can bring your own if you have them!
